Applicants Must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a Background check*
- Pass a drug test*
- Have a negative TB test*
*All tests paid for by the Boys & Girls Clubs of East County upon employment offer, as well as CPR/1st Aid certification (required within 60 days of hire).
The Club has been a great place for me to learn new skills and work with young people over the last 8 years. I’ve had the opportunity to develop myself as a leader and build relationships in the community. Most importantly, I have enjoyed working for a place that is fulfilling and gives me a sense of purpose; I love helping local kids and families every day!
